Hotel Gspan - Arosa

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the location is absolutely amazing, right next to the ski slopes. It was so convenient to step out of the hotel and immediately start skiing. Secondly, the rooms are modern and well-equipped with great facilities. The attention to detail in the room decor was impressive. Lastly, the staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help with any requests. this hotel offers excellent value for money and I would definitely stay here again.

Service is outstanding, with friendly and attentive staff on hand to make sure everything runs smoothly. Guests can enjoy the delicious cuisine in the elegant restaurant or the barbecued meat on offer from the nearby hut.

There could be more vegan options at mealtimes.

Ski-in location - perfect for ski lovers! The staff is really friendly and polite. The breakfast is incredibly warm and fresh, with a wide variety of cold starters, warm desserts, fresh bread, and many drink options. The views from the hotel are breathtaking!

The hotel had limited vegan options for breakfast. It would be nice to have more plant-based milk options and dishes suitable for vegan diets. The hotel is quite busy during peak season, so it’s essential to plan in advance if you want to reserve a room with a view.

One of the best aspects of our stay was the food offered at the hotel's restaurant. The options were delicious and we were able to enjoy a variety of meals during our stay. the location of the hotel was perfect for us as it was situated right on the slopes, allowing us to easily access them and enjoy skiing. Another thing we liked was how friendly and helpful the staff was, always ready to assist us with our needs.

We did have some negative experiences during our stay. we were not informed in advance about the roadworks that were taking place, causing us to have difficulty finding the hotel.
